Uniquely situated midway between the busy fishing port of Aguilas with its excellent marina and the beautiful bay beautiful bay of Calabardina we find the Los Collados Resort.
There are three phases of development here. Firstly, we have the aparthotel,which is now finished and all units sold. Then we have "Los Collados Bajo", in the grounds of the resort, where we can offer two-bedroom apartments. And finally we have Los Collados Golf, with two bedroom apartments; this adjoins the new Fortuna golf complex which is currently under construction, hence its name. The location within the resort is significant, as there are views from the apartments to Calabardina coast to the North East and Aguilas seashore to the South East.
A feature of the units on offer are the large independent terraces and solariums all set in magnificent commercial areas with swimming pools and landscaped gardens. Prices are highly competitive given the location and include parking, pre-installation for air conditioning and a fully fitted kitchen.
Calabardina, which is two to three minutes by car, deserves special mention as it is without doubt one of the most attractive bays in Spain. The bay with two beautiful beaches is dominated by the almost 'Mont St Michel' type village of Calabardina and is a popular mooring for yachts during the summer season.
