Situated in a small backwater just off the coastal road from Garrucha to Aguilas, the village of San Juan de Terreros lies in a small bay adjoining the impressive beaches of La Robala and La Serena. This is an extremely attractive area away from mass tourism yet with all the facilities one requires for everyday living. It is without doubt one of the most picturesque enclaves to be found in Northern Almeria.

The Calas del Pinar development is literally 100 metres from the town centre and the new Rambla which adjoins the beach, bringing the sophistication of old Spain back to San Juan de Terreros. It will adjoin the new Los Terreros Golf Club giving a good contrast between past and present. The nearest large town is Aguilas, just 15 minutes drive away. The airports at Almeria, Murcia (San Javier) and the new airport under construction just outside the city of Murcia, can all be reached within one and a half hours.
