MMI Properties Overseas SL offer Inspection Tours, where you can visit the developments and inspect the properties and surrounding area for yourself first hand. Our inspection trips are tailored to your requirements. Before taking you to see any properties, our representatives, all resident in the area, will discuss your needs with you. Also, if you do not already know this part of Spain, they will show you the area, and of course answer any questions you may have about living here.

Inspection flights can usually be arranged at times that are convenient for you. As our inspection trips are individual to you, there is no set itinerary. However, laid out below is an example of the format a four day trip could take.

Day 1: Flight to Alicante, Murcia or Valencia. Collection at the airport by our representative, and transfer to hotel.	Day 2: Tour of the area and viewing properties with our representative. Dinner with our representative in a typical Spanish restaurant.
Day 3: Viewing new developments and resale properties with our representative. Evening at your leisure.	Day 4: Final viewings, and assistance with opening bank accounts, etc if required. Transfer to airport, and return flight to UK.

At no time do we put unwanted pressure on our clients. Our aim is to facilitate your search for a home in the sun, given our contacts with the main developers in the area and our up-to-date insider's knowledge of the local property market. We can take much of the hard work out of house hunting, saving you time and ultimately money!
