    Excellent value first and second line villas on new golf course

    Set in the spectacular Murcian landscape in south-east Spain, Trampolin Hills Golf Resort is one of the region's most prestigious golf and leisure developments. A range of quality villas and apartments are to be constructed overlooking the course. The meticulously-designed 18-hole course, being constructed in two nine-hole phases, will of course be the centrepiece of this development. However, a range of other facilities will be available on the site, such as restaurants, cafes, shops and boutiques, and a five-star hotel.

    Trampolin Hills Golf Resort is attractively located, being just 45 minutes' drive from the beaches and resorts of the Mar Menor and La Manga. Closer to hand is the city of Murcia, just 15 minutes away. This regional capital and cathedral city is a thriving and lively city, with any number of pavement cafes, fine restaurants, and a busy commercial area to satisfy the most dedicated retail therapist.

    Just ten minutes' drive from Trampolin Hills is the historic market town of Mula, with its narrow streets and large central "plaza", dominated by the old castle above the town, beyond which the wooded hills and pathways of the "Sierra Espuna" national park offer marked walking routes for nature-lovers.

    Whether you are attracted by the idea of relaxing in the spa centres of Archena, sampling the wines at Bullas or enjoying the fiestas at Caravaca de la Cruz, all these are within easy reach when you decided to take a break from the golf. And from a practical point of view, Murcia San Javier airport and Alicante airport are just 45 minutes' drive, with the new airport at Corvera, due to open in 2007, at barely 20 minutes.

    Add to this the region's sunny, warm climate, the excellent infrastructure already in place and the relaxed and stress-free quality of life enjoyed by locals and visitors alike, and you have the perfect location for short or longer breaks in the sun, or indeed as a home for year-round living.

    For those who prefer a villa, there are three models of luxury detached villas, each standing on a private plot of approximately 400 square metres, where a private swimming pool can be constructed if required. All villas are laid out on two floors, being either first- or second-line to the golf course.

    All the villas are built to a high standard, with double glazing and window blinds, a security front door and intercom system, a choice of floor tiles, bathroom and kitchen tiles, as well as of kitchen units. Bedrooms include built-in wardrobes with sliding doors, and there are two TV and telephone points.

    The three models of villas, while differing in size and layout, all comprise four bedrooms, one of which is en-suite, and a total of three bathrooms, spacious living-dining room and good-size kitchen. There are show-houses for each of the three models on the site.
