Trampolin Hills offers a range of apartments, in a series of attractive low-rise blocks. All blocks are just four storeys high, comprising a ground floor, first floor, second floor and penthouse. In the basement is parking with a designated space and a storage room for each apartment, included in the price. All blocks have lifts, and the areas around are attractively landscaped, including a swimming pool and pool terracing.

All apartments are built to a high standard, with double glazing and window blinds, a security front door and intercom system, a choice of floor tiles, bathroom and kitchen tiles, as well as of kitchen units. Bedrooms include built-in wardrobes with sliding doors, and there are two TV and telephone points.

There are three types of apartments available. On the ground, first and second floors are two-bedroom and three bedroom apartments, while the top floor offers a larger three-bedroom penthouse apartment. All have an open terrace and all have one en-suite bathroom and a second bathroom.
