A range of top quality detached villas are available on the four new golf courses on the Costa Calida - namely The Mar Menor Golf Resort (9 holes), La Torre (18 holes), El Valle (18 holes) and the just-released Hacienda Riquelme - being developed by the Polaris organisation. These courses are situated or are within a radius of 10 kilometres, which makes the slogan "buy in one, play in four" more than a feasible proposition.

All four of these golf courses, of which the Mar Menor Resort is the most advanced, offer a selection of apartments, semi-detached villas and detached villas, backed up by facilities which are second to none, as they will include "golf villages" complete with boutiques, restaurants, gymnasiums, tennis clubs and even a crèche plus the services available in a four/five star hotel. Apart from these facilities the Mar Menor is but 20 minutes drive and the Organisation will also have its own Beach Club for the use of residents and owners.

Access by air is via either Alicante (40 minutes) or San Javier, Murcia coast (20 minutes) but with the opening of the new airport at Murcia city driving time will be cut to 15 minutes.
