Our office is easy to find, located on the second floor of a carefully restored period building in the heart of Moraira, overlooking the marina and seafront. You'll find us above "Azucar" on the corner of the attractive pedestrianised area with pavement cafes and restaurants (Calle de Mar), and the main semi-pedestrianised shopping street (Calle Dr Calatayud). The entrance is at the back of the building, on Calle Almacenes, and we are on the second floor.

Running the Costa Blanca office is Steve Kennedy, a fluent Spanish speaker, with the local, cultural and market knowledge that comes from having lived and worked in Spain since 1992.

Not only can we help you select and view properties while you are in Spain. We can also assist you greatly while you are still in the UK, before or between any visits to the area. We can select and send information on appropriate properties as they come onto the market, as well as search for properties to match specific requirements.
